SALE POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Unlike normal sale, WAREHOUSE SALE inventory includes samples, which may vary in fit, color, and quality from production inventory. Some products may not be identical to the photos online, regardless of quality all sales are final

Inventory will move quickly. Purchases will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Inventory is available while merchandise lasts. Due to high demand we cannot guarantee that all items will be fulfilled. Customer will not be charged until item(s) are able to be fulfilled. During sale processing time will increase, please allow 2-7 business days for you order to leave our warehouse. We do prioritize overnight shipping, however still allow 2-3 days for processing. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES. 

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED WE ARE UNABLE TO MODIFY ANY SHIPPING ADDRESSES OR INFORMATION.

During the regular season all orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holiday. Orders placed after noon (Pacific Time) will likely be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday may not be processed until the following week. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Please note that orders will not be processed or delivered on weekends.

During SALE please note that there is an increase in processing time and orders will leave our warehouse within 2-7 business days. We appreciate your patience! We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method. During sale we do prioritize overnight shipping, however please allow 2-3 days for processing.

SHIPPING RATES
  • Standard shipping on orders is $10.00

  • Two Day Shipping on all orders is $35.00

  • Overnight Shipping on all orders is $50.00

  • International Shipping on all orders is $40.00
RETURNS
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

Merchandise must be postmarked for return to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or sent to our returns department outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note during holiday and high demand times, this time frame may increase. Shipping Time: All Orders will arrive 3 - 7 Days once it has left the warehouse. 

Please note that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. LF THE BRAND cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ALL DUTIES AND TAXES. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
